Extended right of withdrawal until 14 January
For all orders placed from 24 November, we offer an extended right of withdrawal until 14 January 2026 ( shipping by the deadline is enough). You can use our returns portal for returns within Germany.
On-time delivery for orders placed by 18 December
If you order and pay by 12 midday, we usually dispatch items in stock from Monday to Friday on the same day!
To ensure that a parcel within Germany arrives in time for 24 December, we recommend ordering by Thursday, 18 December 2025 at the latest.
Please note that we only dispatch after payment has been received. When paying by bank transfer, payment must be received by the specified time.
Deliveries outside Germany take longer and should be ordered much earlier.
