The Rucanor knee pads Smash Super help reduce the risk of injuries during figure skating training. They feature extra-thick and extra-wide foam padding, providing excellent impact protection from the front and the sides in case of falls. The knee pads support the knee joint without restricting normal movement.
The knee pads are made with multiple flexible padding inserts for effective shock absorption. The movable center section ensures an anatomical fit and allows smooth movement on the ice. An extended cuff additionally helps protect against abrasions around the knee area.

How to find the right size:
Use a measuring tape to measure the required knee circumference while standing, just above the kneecap (including pants/leggings), then choose the correct pad size from the table below.
